Incident Reporting

The facility rules are posted at four locations:

Long Range Pavilion

Short Range Pavilion

Archery Platform

Clubhouse Exterior

Members are asked to use their judgement when witnessing a potential rule violation.

Approach potential violator in a non-threatening manner.

Discuss your concern calmly.

Determine if the incident needs to be reported to the board. If so, the time and location will be needed in case security system data is required.

  1. The board will investigate every reported incident.  To report an infraction of club rules: The board can be reached by phone, e-mail sent to webmaster@conewagogunclub.org, or the “Contact Us” button on club’s website. The phone numbers are posted on the inside and outside bulletin boards.
  2. Any member can report an incident directly to the board by providing their name, contact info, incident time and location, and a description.
  3. Any member can complete a written incident report. Blank incident reports are located by the clubhouse double door. Leave the completed incident report in the same location and notify the board that an incident report requires their attention.

If medical attention is required or a reportable crime has been committed:

  1. Call 911 and cooperate with responders. The physical address of the club is 1483 Turnpike Rd.
  2. An automated external defibrillator (AED) and a first aid kit are located inside the clubhouse near the kitchen door.
  3. Notify a board member as soon as practical using the same methods as for infractions of the club rules.
