Membership

The Conewago Rod and Gun Club offers 3 basic memberships – Regular, Family, and Junior. 

• Regular Memberships are available to individuals of age 18 and older. 
• Family Memberships are available to an adult including a spouse and/or children of age 17 and under. 
• Junior Memberships are available to individuals of age 17 and under. 

The membership year is from January 1 – December 31.  Dues and fees are not pro-rated, however, new memberships started in November and December include membership for the following calendar year.

Initial dues are $65 for Regular Membership, $70 for Family Membership, and $1 for Junior Membership.  

Applications for membership can be downloaded (above) or can be picked up either outside the clubhouse door or at the club’s regular range safety and orientation session held on the third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 pm sharp. 

All applicants must attend a range safety and orientation session before membership approval. Applicants should bring their application and payment to the range safety and orientation session which is held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm and is followed by the regular monthly club meeting at 7:30 pm. Upon successful participation in the range safety and orientation session all new applications for membership will be voted on for approval by the club membership. Membership cards will be mailed within five business days after approval. 

Members can renew online with a login account. Those who have not renewed online in the past are mailed a paper reminder in the fall. It is the member’s responsibility to renew their membership by the end of the calendar year. The annual membership dues for renewal are Regular $50, Family $55 and Junior $1.
